All financial transactions on the 17jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 17jili supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change. 17jili's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 17jili account at the time the claim arises.
17jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 17jili makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 17jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within thirty (30) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 17jili support. We will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days.
